American Legion Post 3 Military History Museum
Located at 430 N. Main St., this acclaimed military war museum is open to the public, free of charge, on weekends. The museum collects military artifacts from 1754 to present day, including several displays recognizing the impact of Greenvillians on world history. Hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, and 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday.

Center for Creative Arts
Founded by a dedicated group of artists, teachers and community leaders, the Greenville Center for Creative Arts is the anchor for Greenville's visual arts community. The mission of GCCA is to enrich the cultural fabric of our community through visual arts promotion, education and inspiration. GCCA serves the visual arts needs for people of all ages, ethnic diversities and economic circumstances through collaboration with local communities. Greenville County Museum of Art
Among the country’s premiere regional American art museums, the Greenville County Museum of Art draws visitors from around the world each year to see work by 2 of the nation’s greatest artists, Andrew Wyeth and Jasper Johns as well as its acclaimed Southern Collection, which ranges from Federal portraits to contemporary abstractions. The GCMA is home to the largest and most complete collection of Wyeth watercolors owned by any public museum in the world. Changing exhibitions and challenging and fun educational offerings make every visit to the Museum a unique experience. The GCMA’s weekly Sundays at 2 program presents a wide range of fun and enriching activities, including Music in the Galleries, Family Art Adventures, and Artists in Action. Summer camps for children and workshops with some of the nation’s top artists round out the offerings. Featuring free admission, the GCMA invites you to come and see what you think!

Military History Center of the Carolinas
The Military History Center of the Carolinas is open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays, in the Butler Building adjacent to the Greenville Downtown Airport, 14 Airport Road Extension. Exhibits focus on 20th century military history, from the Spanish-American War to present.

Shoeless Joe Jackson Museum & Baseball Library
Visit the home in which baseball legend, "Shoeless Joe," lived and died. Located at 356 Field Street, across from Fluor Field in the West End Hours of operation: Saturdays, 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. Free admission. Free parking adjacent to the museum.

Sigal Music Museum
Sigal Music Museum is the proud home to the world-famous Clavier Collection, more than 40 English, European, and American pianos and harpsichords dating from 1570 to 1845. The museum also exhibits other culturally important instruments, provides performance spaces for intimate concerts, and offers adjunct space for associated music organizations.

The Children's Museum
At 80,000 square feet, The Children's Museum of the Upstate (TCMU) is the 10th largest children's museum in the world and 7th largest in the country. The museum features 18 exhibit galleries, a traveling exhibit hall, 2 outdoor interactive exhibit spaces and an outdoor programming space. The museum is designed with exhibit components and programs for children birth to 15 years old. Kids and adults can simulate flight into space, design their own Formula 1 race car, or go exploring in the Kaleidoscope Climber. Located on the cultural campus of Heritage Green in Downtown Greenville, TCMU is committed to serving the needs and interests of all children by providing experiences that stimulate curiosity and develop a lifelong love of learning.
